Sami was raised in Gilman, WI, a small town with a population of 410. There, she was a girl scout, class president, and a server at a local restaurant. Sami organized events for the school, as well as projects and events for the town. She graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in psychology at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. She moved to Jacksonville in 2016, and has been working with Simply Weddings by Amanda since 2017.
Sami enjoys playing with her dogs, Kiara and Starr (who love running through puddles and wrestling with each other), and spending time at the beach. Her free time is spent on projects around the house and learning new things. She even taught herself how to crochet by watching Youtube videos because it makes her feel close to her grandmother.
Sami has always been in love with anything wedding related. In high school, she thought her dream job was wedding cake designer. Sami has enjoyed all the opportunities she’s had to work with Amanda, especially working on floral arrangements. She has learned so many new skills and met every challenge with success. She is excited to continue to grow and bloom with the team - pun intended!
